The location is marvellous, at a medium distance from Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina.

thanks for the really enjoyable stay during our visit. this place is in a quiet and comfortable location close to port douglas town centre. also, it is next to beach and short walk into town, and all port douglas shops.

The service was first-class with parking onsite. The staff was fairly friendly and amicable and the views were nice!

Facilities were great clean, though Wi-Fi was slow.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Close to shops, Close enough to walk into Port Douglas, and Port Douglas and tours. Local fast food option The Pizza Shop was 5 minutes walk away...

The pool area at Central Plaza was fantastic with comfortable sun lounges and a clean, inviting pool. The BBQ area by the pool was also a great addition and we enjoyed cooking our meals there. Our apartment was spacious and clean, and had all the necessary facilities including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to both the beach and the town center. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our stay at Central Plaza Port Douglas was enjoyable and I would recommend it.

Cental Plaza Port Douglas was really centrally located with easy walking distances to restaurants, shops and the beach. The rooms were clean and roomy with excelent facilities both inside the room and at the resort.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the main street of Port Douglas. The hotel provided excellent services, including bicycle hire and shuttle service. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place.

We choose the venue due to its location near the centre of town and ease of walking to the beach as we were staying with friends who young children. The price of a 3 b'room unit was affordable. The rooms was clean bright airy and well appointed. The pool area, especially with the BBQ facilities, was highly appreciated.

For a 6 person unit the hot water system ran out extremely quickly, maybe the system just needs to be looked at.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was also great, with the hotel being close to the town centre and main shopping strip. It was convenient to walk to the main street and explore the area. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Our romantic escape was amazing! We were pleased with the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates that awaited us in the room. the location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed. We enjoyed the short distance to the beach and the array of shops and restaurants.

the pool area was crowded and there was limited seating available. Finally, the room was not as soundproof as we would have liked and we were often disturbed by noises from the other rooms.

Swimming pool is great. Hotel is located close to city center and beach. Appartments were soundproof. There was an infant and baby crying next door but you could not hear this in our appartment. Staff was knowledgable about tours. Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends wanting to stay in Port Douglas.

Apartment was lovely, very helpful staff. The pool, spa and BBQ area was also great.

No towel changes or tea/coffee refills during our stay.
